To spread joy, optimism, and love, Raouché Arjaan by Rotana colleagues decided to visit the home of an elderly couple living alone. This activity falls under "Your smile brings us joy" social initiative launched by "Rotana", the leading hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, which aims to draw a smile on the faces of the elderly.
Team members were fully prepared for the visit, taking with them a Christmas tree and decorating it with lively and colorful ornaments. Hotel colleagues also prepared tasty dishes for the evening feast, without missing out on preparing the delicious cake, they also visited a number of shops in order to buy gifts and clothes for the elderly couple the day before their visit.
Hala Massaad, General Manager of Raouché Arjaan by Rotana commented on the initiative, "Just as Mother Theresa said, if you can't feed one hundred people, then feed one. And this is what we did." She added, "In line with 'Rotana LIFE' which is a distillation of a set of values that represents Rotana, namely Long-term, Innovative, Friendly, and Ethical, we have succeeded throughout the year in lighting candles of hope for so many elderly who were in need of a little care. We are very happy to have been able to draw a bright smile on each of their faces."
