1-What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion is a world of energy and creation, precisely, clothing is a mode of expression, self-expression: who you are can be translated in what you wear
2-When did you realize you wanted to become a fashion designer?
I started to draw before I even knew how to write, pursuing my studies in the haute couture school CAMM was the easiest choice i had to make, i lost the sense of time while creating and felt happy. These things are born with you
3-What was the first article of fashion you designed?
The first article that i designed was my friend's prom dress when i was still at school i was 17
And the first garment that i ever executed by hand was for me, the little black dress when i was 19Now i have designed and sold over several pieces from edgy blazers, to gowns and even male suits
4-How long does it usually take you to construct a piece?
It all depends on the design and the details as i work with delicate fabrics and tests are made before i assemble each item in order to create the design that i imagined
5-How do you come up with the idea of a piece?
I get inspired by the client and mix it with my own rustic style that was described as gutsy, adventurous yet effortless
6-what's your favorite part about conceptualizing a design ?
Drawing and drafting is my favorite part as i transmit the image on paper and i see my creating on a body even if it is just a sketched mannequin
7-How would you define your personal style?
Inspired by the strength of gentlemen and delicacy of gentlewomen, i pay tribute to the sensuality of the modern female.
I like having a rough or textured appearance in comfortable clothing
8-Who are some of your favorite designers?
I appreciate a special touch in each designer
Asymmetric volumes of Yohji Yamamoto, Victorian punk of Vivienne Westwood, l'eros sicilien of Dolce & Gabbana, The easy attitude of Calvin Klein, Clubbing couture of Balmain but my all time favorite will be the daring Mr. Mcqueen "bad boy" of fashion (may his soul rest in peace)
9-Being a talented-young designer , how do you think you will enter the big world of fashion ?
Hard work from the beginning, they say work until your idols become your rivals, fingers crossed
