    Waterfront City Launches the first Business Park in Lebanon

    Waterfront City hosted an exclusive high-end event to officially launch the latest of their offerings, the Business Park. The event which took place at the prestigious Le Royal Hotel, gathered top management executives, media personalities and a panel of key economists and leading business figures, namely Jacques Sarraf, Walid Rapahel  and Fouad Zmokhol.

     

    The panel, under the title of "Own the horizon by investing in Waterfront City", included a passionate discussion surrounding the economic outlook on Lebanon for 2014 and the impact of decentralization of businesses and the creation of business hubs outside the capital. Led by prominent media entrepreneur Ricardo Karam, the panel shared their expert opinions on the topics with a shared enthusiasm on the resilience of Lebanon and the importance of perseverance in turbulent times.

     

    This was followed by each speaker sharing their understanding of the Business Park concept and their added value in terms of new investments, job creation and attraction of foreign investment and multinational companies.

     

    During the discussions, a positive mood filled the conference hall as each speaker voiced his hope for a better Lebanon. The discussion highlighted how the private sector with its continued belief in the future of Lebanon and by investing in the country, are giving a sense of renewed hope and sustained energy to  Lebanon during a period when it is needed most

     

    Samer Bissat, Senior Project Director for Waterfront City unveiled the Business Park plans providing further insight into the latest addition to the Dbayeh seaside Waterfront City, saying: "We have always believed in the resilience of Lebanon and it is with that drive that we decided to launch Waterfront City back in 2011. With the declaration that actions speak louder than words, we are keen on bringing new concepts and offerings to the Lebanese market that will ultimately elevate the country."

     

    "With the Business Park we are giving people the opportunity to have all the tools and resources that are fundamental to the workplace and crucial to take their business forward; tailored and within reach," continued Bissat.

     

    The first of its kind in the region, the Grade A office space provides a modern facility and is comprised of 12 buildings, featuring an integrated "campus" design, efficient floor plans, functional and flexible layouts, functional infrastructure as well as managed facilities, and sustainable operations.
