Nada Abi Saleh Named Managing Director of Leo Burnett Beirut

    24 february 2014

Leo Burnett MENA Management promoted Nada Abi Saleh to Managing Director of the Beirut office as of February 2014. Nada will be taking over the functions of Kamil Kuran, who will continue to assume his responsibilities as Leo Burnett's Regional Managing Director for the Levant Region (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iraq).

Nada will be handling the Beirut office, lending her strategic skills and leadership to an agency of more than 100 people.

During her tenure as Deputy Managing Director since 2008, Nada oversaw a majority of strategic accounts such as Alfa, Café Super Brasil, Ksara, Libanpost, and Warde Fabrics to name a few, while handling the local operations of the Beirut office. During this time, Nada helped transform Leo Burnett Beirut into a leading global creative agency (culminating in a global ranking of 6th most creative agency in the world in 2012), having been the leader and catalyst behind globally recognized creative campaigns such as Khedeh Kasra, Brand Protection Group Anti-Counterfeit, No Rights No Women, and Himaya.

Nada joined Leo Burnett back in 1988 as account executive on P&G and has since then steadily risen through the ranks, taking on more challenges requiring leadership roles on the strategic and creative levels. Nada has a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut, in addition to an MA in Political Sciences and completed her Law studies from the University of Saint Joseph.
