The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), a collection of over 400 distinct luxury hotels from around the world, hosted their Middle East Spring Roadshow at Le Royal Hotel Beirut, their first property in Lebanon. The team from LHW visited Le Royal on March 20, bringing together 28 hoteliers from prestigious hotels and hotel groups worldwide. These hoteliers promoted their fine hotels to the Lebanese market and highlighted some of the most luxurious choices to Lebanon's world travelers and VIPs.
This year, the event hosted three exciting presentations by prestigious hotel groups under LHW, namely Monte-Carlo SBM Hotels & Spas, Oetker Collection, and Lucien Barriere Hotels & Casinos. These luxury hotel groups and their fine properties were set to appeal to industry VIPs and key travel agencies that attended the event which unveiled the hottest and most luxurious properties in Europe and beyond.
The finest hoteliers from different LHW properties were present at the Beirut event, including those from the Hotel LE K2 Courchevel, Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa Milan, the Ritz London, the Chedi Mascat, the Palace Hotel Tokyo, and the Plaza Athenee New York. Le Royal is proud of its position among these fine properties as the first LHW in Lebanon and one of the only two in the country.
The roadshow also provided an opportunity for these foreign hoteliers to connect with Le Royal as a LHW property in Lebanon and build solid bridges that link the country's travel and tourism sector to some of the best properties in the world. It underlines the importance of the Lebanese market for fine hotels abroad while also putting Lebanon on the map as a prestigious travel destination.
