Phoenicia and Le Vendome celebrate their winning achievements from HORECA, now in its 21st year and the leading hospitality showcase in Lebanon and largest in the Levant region.
Winning a total of 20 medals including 6 gold medals in different categories such as Live Meat Dish competition where our chefs won 2 medals as well as in the Live Lebanese Dish. In addition to the above awards, our chefs obtained medals in the Open Showpiece and the Bartender competition for Phoenicia. Adding 2 gold medals in the Chocolate Show Piece category and Live New Sandwich creation for Le Vendome, the culinary team's achievements were outstanding and overall swept the highest number of medals.
