This Father's Day went down a treat when Grand Cinemas and KidzMondo got together to celebrate the very special day.
With friends and partners in town there was an action packed day for all the family, special attention, of course, paid to all the dads.
On Sunday June 22nd, Grand Cinemas invited all fathers among its community to spend a full day out at KidzMondo's seafront.
Competitions ensued at, where father's and their children got to compete with one another on the stage for coveted Grand Cinemas goodies.
After the tug of war and balloon hunts there were 5 lucky dads that got to take home prizes -Grand Cinemas Goody Bags filled with hats, mugs, t-shirts and, not forgetting, cinema tickets.
After sitting down for the Vin Diesel's family comedy "The Pacifier", the dads and children all went feasting on treats
from Burger King, followed by the cutting of a giant cake in the "G" Shape, the silhouette of Grand Cinemas Logo.
"Our aim was to cherish the fathers through entertaining their children," said Grand Cinemas' Group Head of Marketing, Carly Ramia Habis, "and we succeeded."
For the father's involved the day was a fantastic way to spend time with their children, and saw the initiative of combining Grand Cinemas and KidzMondo, as a thrilling way to achieve this.
