Who is Monica Berg? Monica is a bartender who lives in London, UK. She has been in the hospitality business for the past 13 years. Her latest position was a Bar Manager at Aqua Vitae; Oslo area, Norway and has represented Norway at the World Class Bartender of the Year finals in 2013. She has also been the owner of H.Butlers Bartending School since 2005. I love working with people and I love working with flavors,' she explains, 'bartending combines the two perfectly, and I've been lucky to have worked with many amazing people.'
Having spoken with the owner of Central Station, he explained to us the idea behind getting Monica to come to Lebanon. It is essential to have our bartenders work side by side with professionals, thus widening their horizon and exploring innovative ideas.
Central Station is not just an ordinary pub; it digs deeper to extract fresh ideas, which makes it a center of attraction. The cocktails were bizarre, but amazing; combining Whisky with Chocolate and sometimes coffee for instance! Her ingredients mix to provide you with the finest finishing.
