Chef Louis was nominated among a short list of the bestChefs in the Middle East for the Caterer Awards (Hotelier MiddleEast) Best Chef award. 


Having worked at Michelin starred restaurants in Las Vegas, New York, and Los Angeles, Chef Louis has brought a brand of gastronomy that is unprecedented in both Beirut and the region.
