LG had a vision; discover Lebanon, its villages, adventurous activities, and tasty food during this escapade. Initially, the program was different, to include paragliding from Harisa to Jounieh and many other crazy stuff, but due to weather conditions, the team had managed to alter the entire program in 2 hours (thanks Bassam Turk from Sport Evasion, you guys Rock!!)
Around 10 persons were involved in this tour; 9 bloggers and 1 super fan of LG, each received the new LG-G3 to discover it along with its fine line features.
The team departed from Monot on Saturday at 9:30 am and headed to Jounieh, grabbed a knefe on the way from Abdul Rahman Al Hallab (Thanks Zaher). It started out by taking a cable cabin to Harissa for a photo shoot session using the Panoramic features of the new LG phone. After the amazing sightseeing, we headed to Warde, Faraya, surely not for skiing, but for an ATV ride. To recharge for the rest of the day, we had lunch at Rikky'z and later went karting in Zouk. A stop for ice cream at Helado was out of schedule but a necessity, as the ice cream was impeccable and not to be missed. To end the night, we partied hard at El Rancho; it was a karaoke night around a camp Fire, and we celebrated Mo Abdallah's birthday - LG Levant digital marketing executive, and later spent the night there. Despite the crazy weather the next day, we were determined to make the trip unforgettable and it started out with an overwhelming breakfast at LVD Dbayeh (Thanks Anthony for this great idea..). We later went to Jeita Grotto to discover the amazing cave. After which we went shooting at the Army shooting club at Emile Lahoud stadium. To wrap up the trip, we decided to make it a relaxing ending at the Jacuzzi, Spa, and Gym of the Grand Hills Hotel Broumana. We surely enjoyed a Lebanese dinner prior to heading home at the famous Burj el Hamam; Broumana.
Those two days were incredible, not only did we enjoy the trip as tourists, but had the chance to focus on the new phone's features and use its amazing camera during this trip. Lebanon, and whatever the weather condition is, can't be more entertaining. We can certainly combine everything to create a perfect tour...
