After Paris, Bordeaux, Cannes, Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Marseille, Toulouse, Brussels, Cairo, Tokyo, London, New York, Salvador De Bahia, Seoul, Shanghai and Zurich, for the first time in the Middle East, Salon Du Chocolat has landed in Beirut. It is an event not to be missed, for all who share a passion for chocolate and pastries. Held at BIEL from 6 to 8 November concurrently with the Beirut Cooking Festival and in the same period as Gourmet Week, taking place from 3 to 9 November, all three events are under the auspices of the organizing committee, Hospitality Services.
Salon Du Chocolat comprises several happenings, gourmet workshops, demonstrations and meetings. Taste professionals, specialists, well-known brands, chocolatiers, chocolate adventurers, authors and pastry chefs will demonstrate their expertise in using chocolate in order to explain to visitors its symbolism and dimension. It is a unique adventure where designers, chocolatiers and pastry chefs, as well as representatives from producing countries will share their knowhow. It will be an opportunity to witness expressions of art through chocolate as well as to unveil new products. The exhibition will also feature the renowned chocolate fashion show. In addition, Salon Du Chocolat will host a number of participants, among which, more than 20 pastry chefs as well as local and international exhibitors who will gather in celebration of this magical product.
