432 Park Avenue in Manhattan has recently become the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere.

After three years of construction, the newly built skyscraper measures at 1,396 feet high (425 meters) with its rooftop being the highest in the New York City.
432 Park Avenue contains 104 luxury condos with 10 floors of penthouses, including amenities such as a gym, billiards room, outdoor terrace, pool and a spa. The prices range from $16.95 million to $95 million.

The apartment complexes start at 356 feet from the ground and go up 96 floors to reach astounding 1,396 feet heights from which residents can observe Central Park, Brooklyn, New Jersey and more breathtaking panoramas.
The view from 1,271 feet encompasses everything from Central Park to the Atlantic Ocean.

The building was designed by the Rafael Viñoly Architects and the project was carried out by CIM Group and Macklowe Properties. "Our interiors here embrace New York," one of the interior designers, Deborah Berke, says in the promotional video.
