And that's how it's done!  Weed all up in your face.  Marketing genius if Ive ever seen it.  Completely bucking the system when it comes to selling weed (not a drug, get it together US government).  If you've ever bought weed you know what a strenuous situation it can be.  It can be a long process and sometimes downright uncomfortable.  If you've never bought weed, watch the scene in Pineapple Express where Seth Rogen goes to James Franco's house.  
That's a pretty accurate portrayal . But what isn't portrayed in that scene is the struggle to know if the dealer has weed or not.  The dance of "Do you have it?  If not, when are you gonna have it?  Are you ever gonna have it?  Have you ever had it?" can be stressful and you never know if they're lying or not.  Well that's not a problem with this dude in Jamaica.  You take one look at him and you know.  Bags upon bags just hanging off his body.  If he doesn't have any you'll know because there won't be bags hanging off the guy in the chef's hat.  Simple.  That's how it should be done.
Are those cops in the background?  Or just beach security guards who don't give a shit?  What are the marijuana laws in Jamaica?  I sure as hell don't know them.  Oh and if it turns out that those aren't bags of weed, blame Reddit.  Sure looks like weed.
