A jilted wife in Australia did what she felt she had to do after she discovered her husband was allegedly cheating on her with a much younger blonde woman. She decided to hit him where it counts with his most prized possession, which clearly was not his marriage.
According to 9News, the unnamed Melbourne wife put her (now ex) husband's luxury vehicle up for sale for a bargain basement price of just $20,000. The Porsche 911 is valued at $200,000, but for 90% off buyers were in for the deal of the century at the expense of the unfaithful spouse.
The woman indicated in the sales post on RevengeSales.com.au that she and her husband of 25 years were wealthy, but after proving her suspicions about his wandering eye, she decided that deeply discounting the car was the best way of getting even.
"I have been married to this unfaithful poor excuse for a human being for over 25 years and yes we are wealthy," she confessed in the post. Then she described the heart-wrenching moment she saw him with his mistress, saying she had followed him out one evening after he said he was going on a "guy's poker night," only to find him at a five-star restaurant cuddled up with an unknown "young blonde woman," which is so cliché.
"To pay him back, as I have rightful ownership of his precious Porsche, I have decided to sell it for a specific price of $20,000," she noted in the post.
What was so specific about the $20,000 asking price? Apparently this was the exact amount she needed to take a trip to Europe in hopes of finding a new man who could treat her with love and respect, which she feels would be the ultimate revenge to get back on her longtime husband. One man's trash is another man's treasure, and a third person's new luxury car.
It's important to note that the images in her ad to sell the car have previous appeared in another ad, causing people to doubt the story. While it's not the actual car, this doesn't necessarily mean the story is fake. It's possible the car wasn't available to be photographed for this vengeful ad, since he was likely out for ride with the mistress, prompting the scorned wife to use available images online to represent what she was selling.
