Pull&Bear, the worldwide fashion label that creates retail environments appealing to young urban customers, went with a different approach this season targeting university students giving them an opportunity to showcase their talent. Pull&Bear and Azadea Group selected students from several universities to represent the brand.

 

A challenge was launched on October 19, 2014 and was activated for two months from October 21^st till December 21^st, 2014. Nineteen representatives were chosen from several universities to compete and exemplify Pull&Bear as 'an ever young community.' They were chosen for their sense of style, popularity and appeal. Each representative contributed in representing the brand in his or her own look and unique slant, a fresh innovative approach showcasing real students with an urban edge and sportier style.

 

The challenge, comprised of 2 categories, was based on a word of mouth and a social media approach where the representatives shared their fashionable and creative Pull&Bear outfits on social media platforms and represented Pull&Bear amongst friends and piers at their respective universities. The winners were announced on the first week of January and received their prize on January 23^rd at Pull&Bear Beirut Souks.

 

The first prize, a $1,000 P&B gift voucher, was awarded to Hadi Abou Nader (AUST) for the highest number of people he brought in to the store. His charisma and social skills pushed Hadi to bring in the highest number of people. The second prize, a $500 P&B voucher, was awarded to Elena Harran (USEK) for her most creative posts on social media. The judging panel had based their decision on originality, creativity and number of posts, engagement and interactions.
