Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Industry Mr. Vrej Sabounjian, Beirut Cooking Festival inaugurated on Thursday November 8 its second edition at the Pavilion Royal - Biel in the presence of eminent personalities as well asambassadorsand media representatives.
At the opening, Managing Director from organizing company, Mrs. Joumana Damous Salame declared: "The aim of this event is to allow amateurs to meet with chefs, cook with them and learn their tricks. Visitors will also get a chance to meet with table setting and savoir vivre experts as well as drinks and spirits professionals."

With over 65 workshops, housewives and food lovers will have the chance to meet more than 25 top celebrity chefs and learn the latest recipes. Connoisseurs will reveal what makes a good wine, secrets of pairing wine and food and the best of the latest vintages. Etiquette professionals will guide visitors through hosting the perfect dinner, and design experts will teach them how to decorate their table and create the ideal centerpiece for any dinning occasion.
Over the three consecutive days, more than 60 exhibitors will be showcasing the latest accessories, utensils, tableware and kitchen equipment and revealing some of the industry's latest innovations!
