Lebanese traffic law has been generated for quite a while, but on June 15th 2015, limits were pushed beyond its loopholes as LBCI camera captured a video displaying two men riding motorcycles in a very dangerous manner on Dbayeh highway.
The video reveals lack of responsibility of the two gentlemen towards others' lives and theirs as well! The cameraman tried to find a reason for the fact that one of them had put his leg on the other's vehicle, and noticed many more irregularities such as not wearing helmets, along with driving the motorcycles in a speed that exceeds the 50km/h limit.
