Journalist 'Nidal Al Ahmadiah' showed up on "Hall al Amar" hosted by 'Raja' and 'Rodolph'. The episode was controversial since 'Nidal Al Ahmadiah' spoke a lot, and talked for the first time about being raped both physically and emotionally.
She spoke about being raped physically and emotionally by her parents, her neighbors, the street and the institutions adding: "'Tony Khalifeh' must understand that a woman has to raise her voice and speak for herself."
'Nidal Al Ahmadiah' said: I got raped more than once, and the second time, he hit me with a gun, I was a child. Actress 'Amale Ofeiche' helped me that day and paid for my cure process. She was afraid I lost my virginity but it turned out that I was still a virgin. She forced the man who tried raping me to sign a cheque worth of 15,000 Lebanese Pounds at the time.
'Al Ahmadiah' assured that "her husband hit her on her birthday night", and that "this smack was the reason she filed for divorce, but he refused to divorce her. She waited up to 18 years, but he never approved until he decided to get married again."
About the reason she never got married again she said "I am my mother's daughter. My son is a young man so should I bring him a man?!"
She even spoke about her brother's violence towards her and said that "she finds excuses for his behaviors and that the war violated his innocence".
About her "promoting for prostitution" rumor, 'Nidal Al ahmadiah' replied:" That day I was in America, and when I heard the rumor I was devastated and God rescued me". 'Fayssal Kassem' is behind that rumor and all he does is creating false allegations.
She pointed as well to the fact that "nobody stood up for the Druze after the Genocide that they suffered from in Syria" adding that "3 or 4 from 'IRIS' can beat us in two days, that's why we should be armed well" there is no Pope we can go to and no international organizations to defend us."
