On July 9, 2015: Alfa, managed by Orascom Telecom, has launched the exclusive Alfa 4x4, which offers discounts of up to 68% compared to normal tariffs for prepaid lines. It includes 400MB of mobile internet, and 4 hours of free calls to an Alfa favorite number to be consumed on Saturdays and Sundays within a period of 30 days, in addition to 40 minutes of local calls and 400 SMS.
Alfa Chairman and CEO Marwan Hayek said: "We offer diversity in our services and are committed to meeting the needs of all our customers, especially users of prepaid lines who make up a large proportion of our subscriber base. In order to keep up with the increasing demand, we are launching Alfa 4x4, which offers them great discounts. He added: "This launch coincides with the start of the tourism season and we expect Alfa 4x4 to receive high demand, particularly in light of the high demand for cellular services during this time of the year".
Alfa 4x4 is renewed every 30 days, and regular tariffs will apply on any additional consumption before the date of renewal.
