New service center provides one-stop service convenience for all Samsung products
Beirut, Lebanon: As part of its constant efforts to better serve customer needs, COMTEK S.A.L., Lebanon's authorized Samsung service center, opened its flagship Customer Service Plaza. The grand opening which took place on the 26th of November 2012 was attended by VIPs, clients and media partners alike. Located on the Nahr El Mot seaside road opposite City Mall, the new Customer Service Plaza provides a one-stop shop for service, repair and inquiries on the full range of Samsung products.
COMTEK's new Customer Service Plaza is the first after-sales boutique to be completed in accordance to Samsung's International guidelines. In addition to conducting immediate face-to-face repair work, the center has a product display area for customers to view the latest range of products and experience them. Boasting a state-of-the-art interior, COMTEK saw the importance of opening this center to prove its dedication and commitment to providing world class services to its local customers.
