Lavazza Espression, Italy's favorite coffee, celebrated its first gathering in the Beirut area of Hamra, on November 27th, inviting the neighborhood for socializing over its drink innovations, signature-platters and dessert specialties. The open day event joined together media representatives, journalists, senior employees of local companies and banks, university professors, doctors and students, all drawn together by Italy's symbolic coffee aroma.
The event was the ideal opportunity for Hamra's diverse community to meet and mingle. Surprise artistic performances reminiscent of Italy's street spirit, kept the crowd entertained throughout the day: a flash-mob act, spontaneous music performances and mime strips, indulged the guests in a breath of comic relief.
