Exclusive shows for an exciting Back to School season
Beirut, September 10th, 2015: Majid Al Futtaim's City Centre Beirut, the leading fashion and
entertainment destination in the city, welcomed the Back to School season with an inventive
exhibit. The "Living Dinosaurs" exhibition was hosted at the centre for an entire month, where
children got introduced to the various species in a fun and educational way.
14 real size dinosaurs spread across the Centre with explanations of each species, captivated
kids and parents with their sound and movement, while few volunteers rode them on the
Terrace floor, adding a lot of excitement to the adventure. A special arts and crafts section
welcomed kids who wanted to paint the dinosaurs and lots of others characters on different part
of their bodies to extend the joy.
"Our aim at City Centre Beirut is to always offer customers first hand experiences and create
great moments. Through the "Living Dinosaurs" premiere exhibition, we were leaders in
introducing the Edutainment concept and engaging the kids by showing them that learning can
also be fun", commented Sleiman Mallat, Senior Mall Manager - City Centre Beirut.
Quoting many international reports today, edutainment for kids is one of the fastest and efficient
tool for learning and absorbing new concepts and City Centre Beirut is surely the first to
innovate in this area.
The exclusive event created an unprecedented enthusiasm at the Mall and on social media
platforms, positioning once again City Centre Beirut as the favourite hotspot entertainment and
leisure destination in Lebanon.
