Beirut, Lebanon - September 2015: What distinguishes Rotana hotels from other hotels in
Lebanon, are the latest technologies implemented in the meeting and conference spaces of the
hotels. Based on that, Gefinor Rotana is considered as an ideal stay for businessmen in
Lebanon, for it includes a number of halls of various shapes and sizes, designed with the latest
technologies that offer guests all the practical convenience they need.
Gefinor Rotana dedicates two of its floors for a 1000 square-meter conferences space, in
addition to an extra space and personalized services, all equipped with highest technologies
that take into consideration the smallest details. The latter space fits for groups of about 230
people, with the possibility of providing smaller rooms to hold small scale business meetings
starting from 12 people. What distinguishes this hotel particularly is the number of halls it
includes. In fact, it has 10 separate halls of different shapes and sizes, offering many features
and facilities, to adapt with all possible requirements. The additional value of these halls is their
ability to be separate and connected at the same time, depending on the number of attendees
and the shape required to position the tables and chairs for the conference. And for those
wishing to set up private meetings, Gefinor Rotana offers especially dedicated space for this
type of meetings, in halls underground, to ensure complete confidentiality.
As for the technical part, Gefinor Rotana Hotel combines all modern technologies in both audio
and visual fields, in addition to these related to lighting and displaying images and data on the
wall. In an attempt to keep up with the latest technological developments, the hotel has lately
upgraded its "Ballroom" hall by introducing an advanced smart system including touch screens
hanged on the wall that help to explain the details of any presentation and shed lights on them.
The hotel also seeks to download an application on tablet devices that gives guests the ability
to control the sound from their seats, as per their convenience. The permanent efforts of the
hotel to keep up with technology also showed when it offered larger screens, thus worked on
improving the quality of the image and purity of the sound.
Gefinor Rotana also provides its guests with fast Wi-Fi connection that meets the needs of
businessmen particularly, in addition to free video broadcast that connects the meetings
together as per the guests' demand.
Rotana Hotels always seek to provide all means of control for its guests at all levels, and is
always working on developing its potential to meet all needs.
