In the presence of the new Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E. Mr. Massimo Marotti, Pasquale, the signature Italian Restaurant of Grand Hills, A Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa, has reopened its doors during an event held on September 10, 2015, inviting Italian cuisine lovers on a journey of unique and flavorful experiences.
An Italian to the core, Chef Pascal Sfara was convened from Italy to handle the re-opening operations from putting together the menu and training the staff to offering the most delectable Italian dishes to the guests who were present on the night. Chef Pascal has worked in 2 of the famous 3 star Michelin Restaurants of Gualtiero Marchesi in Italy.
The event was characterized by its authentic Italian theme featuring a violin performance and original Italian Characters with whom guests posed for the souvenir photos.
