In the presence of Robert and Leila Mouawad, founders of Mouawad Village Broumana, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide celebrated the grand opening of Grand Hills, A Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa that marks the entry of The Luxury Collection brand into Lebanon. A sanctuary set amidst exquisite gardens in the picturesque mountain village of Broumana, the hotel was inaugurated with an equally sumptuous party that took place on premise on the evening of September 26, 2015.

Coinciding with the grand opening of the hotel was also the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the world renowned Diamond House Mouawad that brought together some of Lebanon's high profile dignitaries and A-list guests including VIPs, clients, influencers and media, along with Mouawad's co-guardians Fred, Pascal and Alain. This unique and exclusive evening started off with a showcase of the "Mouawad Journey" in 3D animation and a glittering Mouawad Jewelry fashion show, and featured a surprise live performance by celebrity guest star Garou, who flew in especially for the event, followed by a lavish party till dawn.
