As the festive season is quickly approaching, "Gefinor Rotana" took the opportunity to open its doors to welcome more than one hundred boys and girls from the "Tele Lumiere" and "Sa3adat Al Sama" associations to celebrate Christmas in an atmosphere full of joy and happiness.
The hotel's staff was very keen and excited to complete the arrangements in preparation for the big day. Ornaments and a list of delectable dishes and desserts, in addition to a list of fun recreational activities were all in order to ensure the kids have an exceptional time at Gefinor Rotana and build warm Christmas memories!
For three hours, the young guests, ranging from the ages of 8 to 11 years, enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes and desserts specially created by the hotel's chef and decorated with shapes and colors that were inspired by the season. The 'Rotana Ballroom' was filled with squeals of laughter upon the arrival of a clown, special musical band and a theatrical team that put on an amusingly entertaining show. The children were even more thrilled when Santa Claus showed up with gifts and souvenirs for all.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Mark Timbrell, General Manager of 'Gefinor Rotana', said, "Christmas carries the spiritual meanings of joy, giving and contribution. This is why we have decided to celebrate the holiday differently this year. Rather than holding the usual celebration for our families, friends and customers, we decided to host some children who are in need, so that they can fill Gefinor Rotana with their happiness and laughter and share with us the true meaning of this holiday."
