Lifting off from the solid surface of terrestrial fashion, adidas Originals with Rita Ora launch a powerful range of futuristic silhouettes, taking their cues from vintage space armour. Blurred TV images of all in one moon suits, panels, shields and quilting encasing intergalactic explorers branded by flags and badges come to life as adidas Originals and Ora's maverick imaginations blast off across the Planetary Power drop. A custom Originals badge, combining Three Stripe and Trefoil is a tongue-in-cheek colour pop of red white and blue against a clean collection of crisp blacks and whites. Shapes are dynamic, featuring bold crops, slashes and layering: a range exclusive, the Planetary Power Cape, encases a retake on a retro Originals Track Top like high-fashion armour. Three Stripes are arrow-angled on Track Pants and Leggings while a quilted black Planetary Power Top is a futuristic blend of function and protection. Footwear nods to Originals classics: Superstar, Instinct and Honey get a chunky moonboot make-over, magnified by bold application of monochrome colour blocking and the Planetary Power custom space race badge.
