This holiday season, stylish and trendy Lebanese as well as visiting expats are well advised to wrap up warm and head out to one of Beirut's most magical Christmas fairs where all wishes will come true.
Christmas World, in collaboration with the Catholic Information Center, is the season's uplifting and festive exhibition which will run for four days and take place from 10 to 13 December 2015 at Lebanon's trendiest and hippest area Mar Mikhael and in its historic and expansive Bus Station.
Christmas World is under the Patronage of the Ministry of Economy and in the presence of the Minister of Economy, Mr. Alain Hakim, who will be present at the Opening Ceremony. This patronage is a clear indicator of the positive economic role the exhibition plays in boosting retail in Lebanon.
Christmas World is in partnership with SGBL and Allianz-SNA all of which is another clear sign of the value of Christmas World to the retail sector
The exhibition's thrilling Opening Ceremony will be under the theme of "Christmas Resolution" where the acclaimed artist Tina Azar and cirqueenciel take action against garbage in their own way and bringing Christmas decoration to life. The exhibition's trees will embed a live performance combining visual arts, a circus troop and the season's spirit.
Christmas World features 2,000 meter squared of exhibition space with more than a hundred exciting exhibitors highlighting a dizzying variety of brands and products ranging from Christmas decoration to jewelry, watches and accessories. Also exhibited, to name but a few more, are clothing and fashion items, fine beverages, cars, cameras and home theaters. The exhibition also includes a food court with a wide variety of delicious choices.
An exciting and dynamic children's section, Kids' World, animated by C2C, is part of the exhibition and includes many festive activities such as Santa's workshop with an opportunity to take photos with Santa Clause, arts and crafts and an elves show to mention only a few.
This event is supporting Caritas and a fundraising reception will be held on Friday 11 December from 7 to 8 pm where more than 100 VIPs and members of the media in attendance.
As is apparent, the exhibition truly has everybody's holiday check list covered and includes many choices for all tastes and target clientele.
