Beirut, 27 December, 2012: The new and trendy restaurant club, Maillon the Club, was officially inaugurated on the 21st of December in a highly prestigious opening event with the attendance of hundreds of celebrities and renowned media figures all eager to experience the new hot spot in Beirut, specifically at Centre Sofil.
Maillon the Club is part of Le Maillon Group which is well established as a provider of fine dining and luxurious culinary experience with strategically positioned outlets including Le Maillon and MaillonCafé. The club is about enjoying a unique combination of entertainment programs along with a refined culinary experience presented to a select few (French gastronomic & Japanese cuisine).
Maillon the club offers a very contemporary stylish interior where a special interest was given to the light. The internationally recognized architects Charles Aouad and Christian Semaan (AS Architects)combined the lighting effects with the composition of the details to generate a luxurious perception of the space. It is also an acoustically driven space allowing guests to easily socialize thanks to its high-endsound system.
Mr. Joy Azouri, the managing partner and owners' representative for Le Maillon Group, stated on this occasion, "The creation of the Maillon Club is owed to a group of Doctors and successful businessmenwho wanted to establish an exclusive community for refined entertainment and upscale dining tasters.
We want Maillon the Club to defy all the odds, regardless of the season and personal preferences as we want to give all our goers a completely new experience."
Le Maillon Club's experience will be colorful and will present different forms of arts including classic music such as tenor, jazz and blues bands as well as international singing in French, English and oriental rhythms. Latino music and dancing will also be available in addition to live performances catering to all tastes.
