Last week, a new Instagram feature that every Insta-addicted person in existence has been impatiently waiting for mysteriously began appearing for some lucky users in their settings: the ability to switch between multiple accounts without logging out.
Of course this feature is so important because it lets users switch between their personal account and other Instagram accounts they may have, like a One Direction fan account or an Aria/Ezra shipping account. Sadly, the feature wasn't available to all users, though, and 'grammers all over the world could only speculate on when they'd finally get it (if ever).
Well, the wait is over before it began. Instagram has officially announced the new feature on their blog and it's set to hit your iOS and Android phones THIS WEEK! 🎉
All you have to do to start switching accounts is go to your profile settings to add an additional account. From there, you should tap your username at the top of your profile to switch between accounts. When you have multiple accounts added, you'll start seeing your profile photo appear throughout the app so that you know what account you're currently using. A-MAZ-ING!
