Beiruting.com was invited to try the concept. You cannot believe the warmness of their welcome from the clerk at the door to the hostesses who welcome you with a beautiful and shining smile, and the waiters who keep smiling and welcoming you to the heart of this beautiful venue.
The buffet was ready to welcome guests and we had the chance to taste every single kind of high quality and fresh Japanese delights. From the Sashimi to the Sushi to the Salads, Mosaic offered a wide variety of Japanese food with a choice of Original Soya Sauce, Light Soya Sauce and Teriyaki which personally I do not like, but it leaves a wonderful taste in your mouth if you're fan of the Sweet and Salty mixture.
All that, and the waiters keep passing by to check if you have missed anything or if you are enjoying your meal. They have been really keen to make this night a memorable experience whether regarding the service, the food or the ambiance.
