LibanPost has once again won an International Award!
The EuroMed Postal Union - PUMed - a restricted Union of Postal Operators in the European & Mediterranean Region founded in 2011, has recognized LibanPost for its innovative "Daily life facilitator" service.
The service allows all citizens to fulfill more than 150 governmental formalities with the option to pay or collect from more than 100 service providers through one single access point (LibanPost) and via three different channels (network, online, home service).
All services are integrated in a single platform which allows safe and accurate execution of all the transactions, as well as the delivery of value added services for both the citizen and the service provider.
Citizens will be given up to date information regarding the formality progress via SMS or email and also be notified of upcoming due dates for payments, collections or formalities renewal. Their documents are digitalized and securely stored for future use.
Service providers will collect payments, documents or data through one multi-channel entity covering all of the Lebanese territories, with the option to connect with LibanPost to exchange data and be able to benefit from the analytics provided by the system.
This service has allowed LibanPost to become a "ONE STOP SHOP" for Lebanese citizens and the top of mind intermediary for payments, collections and governmental formalities whilst increasing both customer loyalty and generated revenues.
The EuroMed Postal Innovation Award was handed over during the General Assembly held om March 10th in St Julian's Malta.
