    Indigo on The Roof Under The Theme Food Is Art March 2016

    It is under the theme FOOD IS ART that the new menus at Indigo on the Roof were revisited.



    The arrival of the new Executive Chef Darren Andow has breathed new life into Indigo on the Roof who in addition to its new menus, in which product quality and flavour come together perfectly and harmoniously in line with the philosophy of the CampbellGray Hotels that celebrates food as it brings together people and traditions, the restaurant boasts now The Sunday Brunch, a daily Business Lunch and soon with the arrival of the terrace season will come the barbecue evenings and sunset parties.

     

     

    Indigo on the Roof's new main menu is as varied as simple in its presentation, keeping the positioning of Indigo on the Roof in the chic and accessible category. Cherry on the cake are Fridays and Saturdays featuring Melodious Dinners to the rhythm of fine violin tunes for a great cosy atmosphere.

     

     

    The Sunday Brunch is an invitation to conviviality as well as a culinary journey. Open from 12:30, the cold buffet offers a variety of viennoiseries and cheeses, a Lebanese selection, fresh salads, seafood including sushi, sashimi and oysters. The eggs variety and hot dishes are prepared à-la-minute and served at table for absolute freshness.

     

     

    A special three-choice menu is available Monday to Saturday in addition to the main menu for Business Lunches. The business lunch caters for business women and businessmen and fast-pace millennials want to indulge and impress their guests at the same time. This menu changes every week.

     

     

    Indigo on the Roof is located on the rooftop of Le Gray, Beirut on the 6th floor and is open every day of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chic and accessible, the snob-free restaurant welcomes a local and international clientele in a beautiful warm and colorful interior. Its large terrace equally beautiful by day under the sun and by night under the stars, is a true hanging garden in the middle of the city, that takes you the time of a lingering meal, on a spoiling trip involving all your senses.

     

     



    Darren Andow With over 20 years experience in the Middle East, Asia and Europe, Chef Andow has a rich international hospitality background with a particular passion for Lebanon and its culinary wealth of flavours, succulent dishes and cultural diversity.

     

    Hailing from Britain, he completed his studies in England then travelled to Greece and Cyprus, working his way up and gaining valuable experience that lead him to the Yas Island Rotana, the Centro Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, the Amwaj Rotana in Dubai, the Langham Palace Hotel in China and lately the ART Rotana in Bahrain.

     

     

    Chef Andow shares the CampbellGray Hotels vision to celebrate food as it brings together people and traditions making use of the finest of sustainable produce.
