Once again, Rotana Hotels' name stood out at the Horeca 2016 exhibition, the annual meeting point for the region's professionals in the hospitality and food service industries that was held at BIEL. The lights were shed at the cooks and staff of Rotana Group who excelled in competitions of various fields including cooking, bed making and art of service while demonstrating the highest standards of creativity and professionalism.
In the culinary competition at the event, Chef Michel Estephan bagged the bronze medal for preparing three deserts, along with Ali Chehade for preparing the best burger. Nasri Slim won a certificate of appreciation as well in the "best sandwich" contest.
Rotana Group was also among the top participants in the art of service category with both Mahmoud Mrawed and Mustafa Nawwar winning certificates of appreciation. As for the bed making competition, Aida El Mokdad acquired the silver medal, Liza Dello got the bronze medal and Sabta Awdeh received a certificate of appreciation.
Rotana Hotel Group participated in this annual exhibition that hosted more than 385 companies and agencies working in the tourism and food and beverage industries, proving once again its leadership in providing the best services and the excellence of its staff at all levels.
