In the presence of the Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E. Mr. Massimo Marotti, Pasquale, the signature Italian Restaurant of Grand Hills, A Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa, has reopened its doors during an event held on the 18th of May, inviting Italian cuisine lovers on a journey of unique and flavorful experiences.
During the event, the hotel's VIP clientele, celebrity invitees, media, bloggers and influencers had the chance to meet Pasquale's new Italian chef, Mirko Mattacola,who will be offeringhis guests authentic Italian delicacies throughout the summer season.

An Italian to the core, Chef Mirko Mattacola was convenedfrom Italy to handle the re-opening operations from revisiting the menu and training the staff to putting the most delectable Italian dishes on the guests'tables. Chef Mirkobrings around 25 years of culinary experience into the kitchens of Pasquale, crowned by his latest achievements atVilla del Poggio, Crowne Plaza and Hilton in Italy andIsola di Cavallaux in Corsica, France.
"We have introduced several typical recipes that aim to authentically present the Italian cuisine to our guests", explained Chef Mattacola. "Our discerning Lebanese clientele constantly desires to experience Italy's beauty and culture through its unique flavors, and my team and I are on a mission to bring them Italy on a plate", he added.
The event featuredspecial entertainment and witnessed the appearance of the Ferrari Club of the Metn region, who added a special Italian touch to the ambiance.
