Celebrating the final delivery stage by Sakr Real Estate
As part of their continuous efforts in developing and improving human living spaces, Sakr Real Estate celebrated the final delivery stage of BatrunaParc, in Batroun on August 4th, 2016 in a ceremonial setting.
The event convened VIPs, social figures, potential buyers and owners of BatrunaParc where they discovered the added value of the project, its advantages and the lush green surroundings topped with a dazzling sea view.
In a community built around privacy and leisure, BatrunaParc is distinguished by its location andis composed of 8 blocks designed in a V shape around an outdoor pool open to all residents, offering them a total sense of security.BatrunaParc also includes a wide array of modern amenities and leisure activities comprised of an indoor health club along with a gym, ping pong tables, Jacuzzi, sauna, and a green multipurpose area among others.
To start off the ceremony, Mr. Marcelino El Herek, the Mayor of Batroun and Head of the Union of the Caza of Batroun Municipalities made avaluable intervention stating that:" BatrounaParc showcases Batroun as a new destination for real estate investments. This project goes in line with the youth aspirations in terms of lifestyle and it proves their continuous belief in Lebanon and in Batroun in particular".
As for Mr. FadyJreissati, CEO of Sakr Real Estate, he stressed the significance of delivering ahead of time: "We are handing over today the first part of this project noting that the four other blocks will be delivered by end of this month. You all know how difficult it is for a developer or a contractor to deliver on time, however, we as Sakr Real Estate always fulfill our promises out of firm belief in the potential of this country."
The handover event was celebrated with fireworks and entertainment crystalizing a new milestone in Sakr Real Estate's professional path.
