Radisson Blu Martinez Hotel, Beirut, and for the second consecutive year, was awarded with the Safehotels Premium Certificate. Being the only recognized hotel with this certification in Lebanon, the announcement marks a unique achievement for the hotel and the hospitality industry.
"Last year certification was a stimulation to further improve and enhance our safety and security systems and to create additional value for our guests, staff and owners", said Mr. Francois Galoisy, General Manager of Radisson Blu Martinez Beirut.
Being a globally recognised security consultancy, the Safehotels Premium certification is awarded to business hotels in major cities, which sustain a high international security level. These hotels have invested in obtaining qualified equipment to match the highest security and safety levels with regards to surveillance, safe deposits, alarm and key systems and communication.
To ensure all criteria are met, an auditor from the organisation visited the Hotel to align the brand expectations and self-assessment program with the Safehotels standard.

"Also of note is the overall level of outstanding service, housekeeping and guest experience, which is reflected in the safety and security operational standards."
This certification reflects the existing healthcare, personal safety, fire safety and security management implemented by Radisson Blu. The hotel continues to maintain exceptional standards in its property, with 24/7 monitoring via a global security operations centre and access to the self-assessment program, learning tools and templates for incident response and crisis management.
