The second generation of the groundbreaking NMD series, the NMD_R2 W steps out in two brand new colorways this month, courtesy of adidas Originals.

Featuring a full Primeknit upper, the shoe's sockfit design is accented with welded 3-stripes marks and an essential leather NMD heel tab, whilst the Primeknit textile is elevated with an engineered stripe pattern and a polka-dot print detail. The greatest departure from the original NMD design, the shoe's signature BOOST tooling is rendered in a classic white and Clear Granite color ways, finished with essential welded 3-stripes marks  with contrast asymmetric plug inserts on the medial side, countered with an engraved stripe detail on the lateral side. The result is a continuation of the striking NMD aesthetic on a shoe that continues the groundbreaking legacy of the original shoe.
