    Kempinksi Summerland Hotel & Resort appoints Chef Georges Mansour to the position of Executive Chef

    Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Executive Chef Georges Mansour to head the hotel's restaurant outlets and banqueting services. As the hotelier's new scope of work increases, the Executive Chef will be responsible for supervising the entity's minor and major projects, ensuring a quality of work that reflects the Kempinski's premium standards.

     

    Chef Georges Mansour has worked for the renown InterContinental Le Vendôme Beirut as Executive Chef for almost two years during which he had numerous collaborations with International Michelin star chefs such as Fernando Canales, Luciano Zazerri and Jean Chovel...

     

    He then went through several cross trainings at 'L'ATELIER DE JOEL ROBUCHON', Crown Plaza Qatar, London, Las Vegas... During his most recent role as Corporate Executive chef at SP food holding, he supervisedthe opening of successful new concepts in Beirut such as 'L'avenue Du Parc', 'Lily's café' and 'Celcius restaurant'.

     

    Throughout his experience, Chef Georges Mansour maintained the highest standards of professionalism. He was relentless in his quest for excellence in every aspect of his distinguished career that was crowned by a Diploma of Honor from the French Gastronomic Institute.
