If you're not feeling your current lineup of emoji, a new site - emoji.debijl.xyz - allows you to manipulate and rearrange the positions of any emojis features to create a new one. But you can only work on one at a time. You can manipulate emoji in a lot of weird, different ways on the website. When you're done, you can save and send them to your friends - just note they'll be transmitted as images rather than true emoji characters.
