Clowns are the third most sought after Halloween costume of 2017.With this in mind,the BURGER KING®brand created Scary Clown Night across its worldwide network.On October 31st, BURGER KING®Jal el Dib was full of frightening clowns eating flame grilled WHOPPER®meals as thrill seekers headed down to BURGER KING® restaurant dressed as a clown between 7pm and 11pm to claim their free WHOPPER®meal.
"The BURGER KING® brand is known for welcoming all guests and putting the crown on everyone's head.This Halloween,people who came dressed like a clown ate like a king!" -said Marc Kallassi, General Manager for BURGER KING®Lebanon.
The campaign was launched on social media and included a 'very scary' video, directed by award-winning filmmaker Rodrigo Cortés - known for movies like 'Buried´ starring Ryan Reynolds and 'Red Lights´ starring Robert De Niro and Cillian Murphy.
