After the success of Ehdeniyat Internationl Festival and expanding it throughout all seasons of the year, we proudly announce the program of Ehdeniyat Autumn 2017. This festival has more than one goal, namely reviving Lebanon in general and the local community in specific as well as promoting tourism in all seasons as this sector is vital for the economy, and significantly empowering the youth through their participation and the creation of job opportunities. This year's program is full of sports and environmental activities as Ehden attracts a wide range of environmental tourists. Ehden after all is home to Hersh Ehden, and is a vibrant town that has a lot to offer from scenery to services.
November in Ehden is not to be missed. Ehden will welcome its Fall activities in partnership with the "Union of Municipalities of Zgharta" and "Ehden Spirit" as well as the collaboration of the owners of hotels, restaurants, organizations, clubs, and institutions of the town. This event is also sponsored by many individuals whose initiatives and generosity always accompany our activities.
This year's program is as follows:
Sunday, November 19: "Hiking in November"
An environmental and entertaining activity that includes walking in HershEhden and discovering its beauty and changing colors in this season, all while enjoying its exceptional weather.
The hike gathering will be at 08:30a.m in front of "Koubra" and will then be guided to "NabehJouit" where the paths will be divided in four as follows:

2.Nabeh JouitàSaydet El HereshàAinElNaasa
3.Ain ElBayadaàAinElNaasa
4.Ain ElNaasaàAlMansharaàAlJafiya
This activity will be followed by a traditional Sajj breakfast at 02:00p.m
Sunday, November 26, 2017: "Ehdeniyat Autumn Reforestation"
Given that Ehdeniyat is a Green festival and is keen on being environmentally responsible, and knowing that reforestation is one of our priorities that was specifically exercised in Ehdeniyat Stars Forest, there will be a reforestation campaign in the outskirts of Ehden.
Sunday, December 3, 2017: "Ehdeniyat Winter Wild Muddy Offroad Challenge"
A winter activity that attracts a number of participants from different regions. The gathering will take place at "Ehdeniyat Sports Stadium" next to Mist Hotel at from 09:00a.m till 04:00p.m. This activity entails offroad challenges from different 4-by-4 vehicle owners to create a fun and exciting atmosphere and encouraging good sportsmanship between contestants, especially that this hobby attracts youth. This activity will be under the supervision of the "Lebanese Four-by-four Vehicles Club" and will be followed by prizes for the winners.
Ehden is the town that does not sleep and is always welcoming its visitors from all over Lebanon to make unforgettable memories with friends and family. Ehden is home to different types of tourism with its traditions, customs, natural landscape, and ever-generous people. Ehden is the place to be in all four seasons.
