    13 march 2013

British Airways will increase its operations to Beirut for the summer 2013 season, with 10 flights per week to Beirut's Rafic Hariri International Airport.

Starting from March 31, 2013, British Airways will add an additional three flights per week to and from Beirut, increasing the frequency from daily to 10 per week.

Paolo De Renzis, area commercial manager, Middle East and Central Asia, said: "Lebanon is a very important market for British Airways and we are thrilled with the fantastic response we have received since re-introducing Beirut to our route network. Since our return we have seen excellent growth here and as such we are always looking for opportunities to further enhance our operations to and from Lebanon.

"With 10 flights per week from Beirut to London, Lebanese travellers now have even more choice and flexibility when it comes to their travel plans. Whether they are travelling to London, the US, or accessing our extensive route network of over 175 destinations, their journey of choice is just the click of a button away on ba.com".
