    Celebrating the festive season: an exceptional experience with world renowned master chocolatier Matthew Muller

    In an initiative making the festive season even sweeter, Steak Bar Sushi hosted world renowned master chocolatier Matthew Muller, creating a unique culinary experience gathering the country's leading food experts as well as distinguished guests from the world of fine cuisine, fashion and media.

     

     

     

    Muller, one of the top 50 master chocolatiers in the world and Swiss chocolate maker Lindt & Sprüngli's master chocolatier, guest starred at the famed Naccache-based restaurant for a night of indulgence and temptation. Muller took attendees into the sweet world of chocolate by giving them a fascinating insight into the best ways of pairing chocolate with food.

     

     

     

    "Chocolate is a very sensual product, and when pairing it with another food, one must take into consideration its different aspects: different textures, notes and degrees of sweetness will all display surprisingly complex flavors when properly paired", claimed Muller. "Tasting chocolate is also an art in itself that lies in using all five senses".

     

     

     

    When asked about the collaboration with Steak Bar Sushi, Muller reiterated that "Chocolate is something that you share, and enjoy, specifically during the festive seasons that we mark with celebrations and gatherings. We eat together and discover new tastes together. That's what good times are about, that's what chocolate is all about".
