-What about the super boxes that you prepare?

The super boxes are a new idea to lose weight fast and safe.

It is a box containing meal replacements to ensure adequate nutrition, coffee and tea. Each person has his own box according to his medical status, age, weight and health history. In addition to this each one will have a personalized diet along with the box so we can guarantee a loss of 5 to 7 kgs of pure fat.

-How long lasts, on average, the diet program at your clinic ?

There is no rules, it depends on how much we have to loose and how compliant the patient is. We can lose easily very fast since my strategy in diet is to boost your metabolism and never go on low calorie diet.  My main concern with all my patients is to reach the maintenance phase so they can learn how healthy and fit for lifetime.

-do you have a non-diet but healthy food program?

I, surely, have a non-diet healthy program since my major goal is to teach people and to raise  awareness, how to cook healthy, how to shop good food, how to combine nutritious food and how to plan daily meals.

-We live in stressful times, and we already heard about “Emotional eating “ during stress. How should we handle this?
