Mayssa Karaa was at her finest surrounded by musical legends in two California shows led by Bowie's musical director and piano man Mike Garson both packed with a roster of other well-known stars.
Mayssa Karaa dazzled the American crowd while putting her skills as a remarkably talented vocalist on display at two sold out music events in Santa Barbara and San Pedro, California, "Bowie's Piano Man" featuring Mike Garson headlining, along with Denny Seiwell (Former drummer of "Paul McCartney"), Joe Sumner (who happens to be "Sting's" son), Jim Walker (Former principal Flute of the Los Angeles Philharmonic orchestra), Latin-Grammy award recipient Gaby Moreno and singer-songwriter Brett Hool.
Mayssa brought the audience to their feet while premiering her song "Million ways" which she co-wrote with Mike Garson as well as Grammy winner producer Richard Jacques; she also rocked the stage with an incredible performance of the famous duet "Under Pressure" (By Bowie and Queen) with Gaby Moreno honoring Freddie Mercury whose tribute movie "Bohemian Rhapsody" just came out. The show ended with a dedicated adaptation of "Imagine" from John Lennon, in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic alongside Moreno, Sumner and Hool as they inspire a better world through their multi-dimensional work in two unforgettable evenings.
