The advantage of the CHOICE Loyalty Program is not only that customers earn CHOICES immediately upon making a purchase, but that they can also redeem the CHOICES they earn instantly. The program was designed based on extensive research that focused on what customers found lacking most in loyalty programs, which is to use their reward points whenever they wanted rather than be obliged to wait until they reach a certain designated quantity, as other programs dictate.

Customers can become members by downloading the Beirut Souks Mobile Application and registering their information, or by visiting the Beirut Souks Guest Relations Desk. In either case, members can manage their account, earn, and spend CHOICES instantly as they see fit, using the Mobile App.
By belonging to any of the three tiers that make up the program's structure -FIRST, PREMIUM, or ULTIMATE- and in addition to collecting CHOICES in their accounts, members will also receive a number of benefits and privileges from Beirut Souks, participating tenants, and partner companies. Such privileges and benefits include but are not limited to free parking, discounts, upgrades, and purchase multipliers.
The program also rewards tourists and entitles them to enroll in the program and earn double the points with their first purchase.
