LEVAIN and Studio Caramel Host Interior-Focused Media Gathering
LEVAIN, Lebanon’s first bar and boutique fully dedicated to Lebanese wine, hosted an exclusive interior-focused media event in collaboration with Studio Caramel, welcoming leading décor, architecture, and lifestyle publications to experience the space through a new lens.
Held at LEVAIN’s Monot address, the gathering invited specialized media to explore the architectural narrative and design philosophy behind the venue, a space conceived not only as a wine destination, but as an immersive expression of Mediterranean warmth and Levantine heritage.
The event unfolded as a curated journey. Guests were welcomed into the space before being guided through an architectural walkthrough led by the Studio Caramel team, highlighting the structural lines, material intersections, lighting choices, and spatial flow that define LEVAIN’s identity.
The interior draws inspiration from the natural tones of the Levantine landscape and the timeless elements of winemaking: earth, vine, clay, and sun. A refined palette of muted reds, olive greens, sunbaked ochre, and soft neutrals creates a grounded yet elegant atmosphere, where wood textures, warm lighting, and intimate compositions place people at the heart of the experience.
Following the walkthrough, guests were invited to a guided wine tasting that echoed the design narrative: thoughtful, layered, and deeply rooted in Lebanese terroir. The experience reinforced how the architecture of LEVAIN does not simply host wine, it speaks its language.
“LEVAIN was always envisioned as a dialogue between wine and space,” said Founder Selim Yasmine. “Just as every bottle carries the imprint of its terroir, every corner of LEVAIN reflects intention, material, light, proportion, and emotion. We wanted the interior to feel warm, timeless, and alive.”
Studio Caramel emphasized that the design approach centered on creating harmony between structure and storytelling. Architectural angles were softened through texture; clean lines were balanced with tactile materials; minimal décor allowed the wine itself to remain the protagonist.
With this collaboration, LEVAIN continues to expand its mission beyond wine appreciation: positioning itself at the intersection of culture, craftsmanship, design, and community.
