As part of Comin Academy’s internship and training initiative, students from the Faculty of Business and Management at Université Saint-Joseph (USJ) took part in a hands-on learning experience at the Beauty and Wellbeing Forum throughout the month of April.
The program offered students an immersive opportunity to engage directly with the public, step beyond the academic setting, and put their theoretical knowledge into practice. By joining Comin’s team on the ground, these future professionals were able to explain the benefits of insurance services, answer visitors’ questions, and interact with clients in a dynamic, real-time environment.
More than just an internship, this experience enhanced the students’ communication skills, marketing know-how, and understanding of body language — key tools in both the insurance sector and the broader business world.
Roger Zaccar, CEO of Comin, expressed his pride in the students’ involvement, stating:
“It fills me with pride to see these young minds step up with such energy, curiosity, and professionalism. At Comin, we believe in opening doors for the next generation — and watching them thrive in real-life settings like this one proves the power of investing in youth and education.”
Comin Academy remains committed to fostering practical learning experiences that bridge the gap between education and the workforce, empowering the next generation of industry leaders.
