Lebanon’s most iconic natural mineral water — marked a historic brand moment with its first-ever artistic bottle collaboration, unveiled during an unforgettable evening at the world-renowned Baalbeck International Festival. As art, music, and culture met under the stars, guests gathered at sunset on the terrace of the storied Palmyra Hotel, where cocktails and delicate finger foods set the tone for a celebration of Lebanon’s living spirit and the water that has flowed from Falougha for generations.
At the heart of the evening was the reveal of the Sohat limited-edition glass bottle, designed exclusively by renowned Lebanese painter Daisy Abi Jaber (@dazdaisyabijaber). Known for her vibrant, emotive works, Abi Jaber draws deeply from Lebanon’s heritage, nature, and layered history—elements that resonate powerfully in this collector’s bottle design. Her artistic touch pays tribute to Baalbeck’s timeless grandeur while bringing Sohat’s brand ethos to life: purity, heritage, and national pride. Trained at the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts and the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, Abi Jaber has exhibited across Lebanon and France and contributed to the post-blast restoration of stain
ed-glass windows in Beirut’s cultural landmarks—adding a profound layer of meaning to this collaboration.
Sohat’s source in Falougha is one of Lebanon’s oldest and most cherished natural springs. Historical findings show that the Romans once knew and harnessed this spring; during a 1910 prospection, ancient canals and coins bearing the head of Emperor Caracalla were discovered, proving that Sohat’s story is as enduring as Lebanon’s own history. This rich past set the perfect backdrop for an evening dedicated to honoring the fusion of heritage and modern creativity.
With this sense of history in the air, the evening’s magic continued with a breathtaking performance by Hiba Tawaji, whose voice filled Baalbeck’s monumental setting—seamlessly blending modern artistry with the essence of Lebanese musical tradition. Surrounded by artists, media, and cultural tastemakers, Sohat used this milestone to highlight its mission to celebrate, preserve, and share Lebanon’s authentic spirit—one that flows as purely as Sohat water from the springs of Falougha. With this debut artistic collaboration, Sohat reaffirms its commitment to share this unique Lebanese gift of nature with the world—bringing our iconic bottle from the heart of Lebanon to tables across the Arab world and beyond.
As the sun slipped behind the temples of Baalbeck and the Palmyra terrace came alive, the unveiling of the Sohat bottle became the evening’s focal point of admiration. Guests were captivated by how seamlessly Sohat combined heritage, art, and modern design—creating a moment that felt both intimate and iconic. It was a true reflection of the brand’s legacy in Lebanese life and its vision for the future.
This limited-edition collector’s bottle will be available for a short time—don’t miss the chance to own a piece of Lebanon’s spirit. Ahla w Sohat Fikon.
